Introduce Bible verse:  II Corinthians 5: 17 – 18.  Read introduction on pg. 259 to class.  Discuss forgiveness.  Complete sections A & B on pg. 113.  Let students role play the story of Onesimus and Philemon.

Chapel
Grade workbook pg. 114.  Write a paragraph detailing one time you forgave someone.  Share with class.  Read “Only God Could Enable”.  Have each student answer the five questions at the bottom. 
Homework:  Answer five questions on pg 628.1.  Due Thursday. 
 
 
 
 
 
Discuss the worksheet from yesterday.  In pairs of two, complete workbook pg. 115.  Share at the end of class. 
Homework:  Study for Bible verse test tomorrow. 
Take Bible verse test. Introduce next week’s verse: Hebrews 11: 1-3.  Talk about reconciliation.  Divide into three groups.  Give each group a situation that they need to decide how they should handle.  Share with the class.
