Show students how to compare fractions to determine which is bigger. Homework:  Complete lesson #42 – evens.	Group I – Grade lesson #53.  Show students how to use information given to solve story problems.  Homework: Complete lesson #54 – odds (or all for extra credit).  Due Thursday Group II – Grade lesson #42.  Explain how to write remainders as fractions. Collect “A Picture Tour” section of country report.  Introduce the “Map” section that is due next Tuesday. Go over test chapter 9.  Review groups for Middle East project.            Homework: Bring information tomorrow to complete researching the capital, natural resources and industries, the dominant religion and the form of government.	Work in groups on your Middle East project.  Construct a poster showing your information.  Homework:  Complete workbook pg. 9.  Due tomorrow.
