Introduce concept of the electoral college.  Talk about numbers and how amount of votes are determined. 
Homework:  Watch the election.  Fill out map of electoral votes.  Tally amount of votes for each candidate.  Due tomorrow. 
 
Discuss the election results.  Go over map from yesterday.

Health – Go over test from last week.  Read pages 28 – 33. 
Homework:  Plan a menu for a week with each meal being a well-balanced diet.  Due next Monday (Nov. 19th)
Divide into two groups.  Select a party name.  As a group, choose five issues that you feel are the most important issues for our country.  Present these issues to the class, allowing the other group to express their opinions on these issues.
