The mummification process.  Using the resources available in the classroom, complete worksheet pg. 29.

Grade questions pg. 37.  Read pages 38 – 42.  Divide into groups.  Brainstorm what materials you will need to build a food guide pyramid. 
Homework:  On line, find a current food pyramid.  Tell what has changed about the pyramid since your text was last published.  Write out all the changes.  Due next Monday. Also, bring building materials for your food pyramid.
