8:10- 8:50 Bible	Introduce the Bible verse – I Corinthians 8:7 – 8.  Update Bible verses.  Do block building activity suggested in Introduction.  Read through D.I. with students (pg. 208) What hindered Paul’s ministry?  Using devices, research the ancient city of Corinth.  Homework:  Bring in one website talking about ancient Corinth.  Due Wednesday.	Chapel	In groups of four, using the information that you brought in from the internet, write an on-the-scenes report of what you would observe in ancient Corinth.  We will share those reports tomorrow. Homework:  Finish reports for tomorrow.	Students may orally say their Bible verse.  Share your report about Corinth.  Why was it hard for Paul to minister there? Complete Introduction pg. 210.  What kind of impact can a godly person have in a very evil world?  Homework:  Study Bible verse for tomorrow.	Friday Sing! Take Bible verse test on I Corinthians 8: 7 – 8.  Introduce next week’s verse – Galatians 3: 13 – 14.  Use an umbrella to demonstrate God’s protection.  Read D.I. pg. 214.  No homework
8:55- 9:40 Math Group Teal	Grade lesson #52.  Review how to divide fractions and then reduce them.  Homework:  Complete lesson #53 – odds.  Due Tuesday.	Grade lesson #53. Review common denominators.  Homework:  Complete lesson #54 – evens.  Due Wednesday.	Grade lesson #54.  Continue working on adding and subtracting with numbers that have different denominators.  Homework:  Complete lesson #55 – odds, (or all for extra credit).  Also, study for the test tomorrow over lessons 51 – 55.	Grade lesson #55.  Take test 10A.  No homework	Go to the computer lab and work on adding and subtracting fractions with unlike denominators using Khan Academy.  No homework

Girls – Science – Discuss the ideas that the girls brought in for the Astronomy/Weather unit.  As a group, brainstorm topics that you would like to see explored in this unit.  No homework	Girls – P.E. Girls – Science – In our National Geographic Extreme Magazine read the article entitled “Just Like Earth”.  Homework:  Write a paragraph defending your view on the question “Is there life on any other planets?  Why or why not?  Due next Friday.
