Homework:  Complete workbook pg. 9.  Due Wed.	Chapel	Grade workbook pg. 9.  Sharing Good news – Discuss the difference between the gospel and the Gospels.  In pairs of two, complete workbook pg. 10.  Go over at the end of class. No homework	What is religious persecution?  Read article to class about modern day religious persecution.  Divide into groups of three and complete one of the columns at the bottom of pg. 11.  Share with the class your results.  Homework:  Study for Bible verse test tomorrow.	Friday Sing.  Take Bible verse test over Matthew 5: 17 – 18.  Introduce next week’s verse:  Matthew 6:33.  Have a sword drill over verses on pg. 12. No homework.

Read pgs. 93 – 96.  Discuss what could have happened to the Lost Colony of Roanoke.  Homework:  Write a paragraph – half page giving your hypothesis about what happened to the people of Roanoke.  Due Thursday.	Practice finding locations on the maps – Passport. Homework:  Practice for Passport Test tomorrow.	Read your hypothesis from Tuesday to the class. Mrs. West will then tell the five most popular theories given by Historians on what happened to the colony of Roanoke.  No homework	Read pgs. 96 – 98.  Locate Jamestown on the map.  Discuss what the hardships and problems were at Jamestown.  Watch a video on Jamestown.  No History homework, but see Monday for Health homework.
